Kristine, the Owner - Kristine has been working with animals her entire life.  Growing up, her parents owned a pet shop in Lafayette, CA where she spent a lot of time learning all about different animals and the care they need to thrive.  In 2006 she began learning how to groom and has been honing her skills and continuing to educate herself on grooming techniques and pet care ever since.  In April 2022 she purchased The Posh Pet Grooming Salon, formerly known as Oksana Elegant Grooming, where she had worked full time from 2008-2016.  Kristine loves having the opportunity to get to know her clients, both four and two-legged.  

 

Maria -  Maria is a valuable member of our team.  Originally self-taught so she could groom her own toy poodles, she has been a groomer for the past 20+ years in professional settings and even owned her own mobile grooming business based in San Ramon several years ago.  Over her many years in the grooming industry she has gained a lot of experience and knowledge.  She also has a lot of patience to work with both puppies and older pets.

Andrea - Andrea is a wonderful team member that we are lucky to have.  As Maria's daughter she grew up helping with their families toy poodles and assisting Maria in her mobile grooming business.  Andrea started working with us in  2024 as a bather and quickly showed us that her skills were ready to move on to full grooms.  She is calm and the dogs respond well to her gentle nature. We couldn't be more happy to have her working with us!

Kaylee -  Kaylee loves grooming and you can definitely see it when she grooms because she is always exclaiming how adorable the pets she works on are and giving them extra love.  She has been grooming for 4 years and started grooming with us in June 2026.  Her clients love her upbeat attitude and she does a wonderful job grooming both dogs and cats.  We are so lucky to have added someone with her skills and outgoing personality!

Claire - Claire has been grooming for 12 years and we were very lucky to add her to our team in July 2026 after her previous salon, Noni's Pet Boutique, closed.  She does a beautiful job on dogs and cats of all breeds!  She is gentle, calm and is very patient in handling senior pets and pets with some fear tendencies.  She fits right in with our team and clients absolutely love her!
